Travel

You can reach Estonia by car, boat, ferry, plane or train.
For the participants coming from Western Europe, North or South America, Australia or Asia the most economic way is to fly to Helsinki, Finland and take a quick boat to Tallinn. There are a great number of boats sailing on the Tallinn-Helsinki line, going there and back every 30 minutes. It takes less than one and a half hours and the price is reasonable!
(check for ferries: http://www.tallink.ee/en.html; www.silja.com ; http://www-eng.njl.fi/)
The fastest way from Helsinki to Tallinn is to fly by helicopter, it takes only 20 minutes (check www.copterline.com).

There are regular ferries going between Estonia-Germany and Estonia-Sweden. You may consider driving there by car and taking a ferry to Estonia.
You can also fly to Stockholm (check Ryanair offers at www.ryanair.com) and take a over-night ferry to Tallinn.

NB! There is 50% discount from all tickets and cabins for GIC participants in TALLINK ferry company. If you want to benefit this discount, you need to contact Tallink office in Sweden directly and mention "WÄXTHUSET discount" while booking the tickets. The discount is valid both Sweden-Estonia and Finland-Estonia side.
