The Global Inspiration Conference will be held in Estonia, Pühajärve, from July 3 to July 10, 2004

Conference fee

Becoming a member of IBF has many benefits among which is a 50 € reduction of the GIC fee. To become a member contact the National Coordinator for your country as listed on the IBF website: www.ibfnetwork.org , or GIC organizer.

Conference duration
The Opening Ceremony is at 19.30 on July 3 and the Closing Ceremony finishes at 13.00 on July 10.

The official language in the conference is ENGLISH, (simultanious) translation is provided into Estonian, Russian, Spanish and also German and French if there are enough participants within-named countries.

Food and lodging
The price includes accommodation and 3 meals a day (from dinner on July 3 until lunch on July 10), snacks and cold/hot beverages, free entry to pool/whirlpools and saunas in the main hotel.
We have our accommodation in 4 different hotels, 3 smaller hotels are all 500-800m distance from the venue.
All single rooms are booked by now (May 2004)
The triple room in the main hotel is double room with extra bed.
All rooms there have private bathroom, telephone and TV.

The small hotels have some rooms with bathrooms, but mostly without (general bathrooms close to the rooms). The triple rooms there are bigger than in the main hotel, having also more space for extra beds. The breakfast is there, all others meals in the main hotel.

NB! Pre-and post conference accommodation needs to be booked ASAP in order to ensure a vacancy in the hotel.

Please register for the conference and book your accommodation before 15 May 2004. If you register after that date, then availability of (preferred) accommodation cannot be guaranteed.

NB! No single rooms available anymore!

To confirm your registration, transfer of the € 100 nonrefundable deposit is mandatory.

Food and lodging fee and shuttle must be paid by June 1, 2004.
The conference fee can be paid after arrival to the conference.

All payments are to be made in euros or Estonian Kroons.
Transfer bank fees are payable by the sender.

Child-care can be arranged if the organizers receive sufficient advance notice from those parents planning to bring their children with them.
